
This day was dedicated to mindfulness and relaxation. We started our morning with gentle stretches amidst the natural surroundings, followed by a meditation session. Exploring the area, we decided to create a tranquil space using materials from nature.
We brewed some coffee, engaged in meaningful conversation, and relished the simplicity of doing “nothing.” In that moment, this nothingness meant everything to us—a refreshing break from the demands of daily life.
As the sun set below the horizon, we filled the air with music. I played the handpan, while Sogol lent her voice to the harmonies. A passerby with their dog joined us, taking a moment to bask in the ambianc. As the sunlight faded and the stars began to appear, we lay back on the ground, looking up in anticipation of
shooting stars.
Our day finished with heartfelt wishes. Packing up our belongings, we returned to the city, carrying the
tranquility of nature’s embrace and fully recharged batteries.
As much as I relish the thrill of a challenging hike to a mountain’s peak, there’s a unique joy in spending
an entire day in nature, immersing oneself in a single location. The depth of exploration, the
reconnection, and the return to the city with renewed energy—these are the treasures nature generously
offers.
